What is my ring size?

Use a measurement tape to measure the inner diameter of any ring you have.

If you do not own a ring you can calculate the diameter your self by measuring the perimeter using a stroke of paper or a rope around your finger. Measure the length of the stroke/rope and device it by PI, thus 3,14. This number should tell you the diameter.

What happens when it breaks or got damaged?

Jewelry warranty


The warranty commences on the date the product is purchased. This is indicated on the proof of purchase. Make sure you keep it well. We give a 3-month warranty on our earrings, silver bracelets & chains on production and material faults.


No warranty is given on the plating of the gold jewelry. We advise to be careful with water, perfume, hairspray and lotions. Damage from normal wear is not covered by the warranty. Also having the jewelry processed by another party is not covered by the warranty.

All other damage/wear including everyday wear and tear, damage to gemstones or other forms of damage are not covered by our warranty. Wear and tear is not considered a fault and as such is not covered by our warranty.

Manufacturing Faults do not include the following:

– General wear and tear.

– Damage from improper care or negligence.

– Broken/bent claws or prongs.

– Pieces that are scratched, bent or misshaped.

– Chipped, cracked or broken gemstones.

– Any work including resizes and repairs undertaken by another jeweler.

Although gemstones are hard, they can be broken, chipped or lost if not carefully cared for. Gemstones that have come loose, damaged or lost due to damage are not covered under warranty.

How long will it take to get my package?

You will receive an automatic email confirmation after your order is placed. Please also check your spam folder. Items are usually shipped the same day with a maximum of 7 days after receipt of payment, except in special circumstances. You can track your order down below the page with Order Tracking, which allows you to always see where the package is. MAY-LI cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays by PostNL.

Note! If your shipping address is wrong, please immediately send an email to with the correct address. Most packages will be shipped the same day the order is placed. Once the package is sent, we cannot modify the shipping address anymore.


What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments via iDeal.

Orders & Returns

How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple done by placing the item into the shopping cart. A bar on the right will pop-up with an overview of your cart. You then can choose to edit the cart or continue your payment. From there on you are asked to fill out your shipping address and continue the payment via direct banktransfer or iDeal.

How can I cancel or change my order?

Please send us an email to if you change your mind.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not have to register for an account if you wish not to.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order by filling out your ordernumber and email address.

How can I return a product?

It is possible to exchange or refund items if these are not desirable. It is not possible to exchange or refund personalized items.

Within 14 days of receipt, you can contact: and we will help you. When contacting us please mention the following:

– Order number

– Reason for return, exchange or refund.

Without the order number, we cannot process the package. The costs of return will be at your expense. The products should be returned unused and in the same condition as they were sent. If this is not the case, we will charge you for this because the products then can no longer be sold as new. So please make sure you properly pack the items so it will not damage during shipment.

If you wish to receive your money back than this will be refunded to the account used for payment. This may take up to 5-7 working days.

Note: Due to hygiene it is not possible to return or exchange earrings. Furthermore, you cannot exchange sale items.

We do not give guarantee on plated items. Please treat all plated items carefully, especially with perfume and water.
